About the book
Who is this book for? Kids aged 7–12 who are curious about how the world works — and parents who'd rather watch them read than watch them scroll. Adults learn from it too. We've heard from plenty of them.
Do I need any science background to read it with my kid? None. The book is written so a curious 8-year-old can read it alone, and a parent with zero chemistry background can read along without ever feeling lost.
Is it aligned with school curriculum? It covers the core chemistry concepts taught in elementary and early middle school (atoms, molecules, the periodic table, reactions, states of matter). It's a complement to the curriculum, not a replacement.
Are the experiments safe? Yes. Every experiment uses common kitchen ingredients (vinegar, baking soda, food coloring, etc.) and is designed to be done with adult supervision. No open flames, no scary chemicals.

Where do you ship? Worldwide. Free shipping on orders over $40 USD.
How long does delivery take? - US & Canada: 5–7 business days - UK & EU: 5–10 business days - Rest of world: 7–14 business days
Will I get a tracking number? Yes — automatically sent to your email once your order ships (usually within 1–2 business days). Or track anytime at Track your order.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering? If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at hello@elementoons.com within 12 hours and we'll update it. Once it ships, we can't change the address.
Returns & refunds
What's your return policy? 30-day money-back guarantee. If your child doesn't enjoy the book, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full.
Do I have to return the book to get a refund? For damaged or wrong items, no — just send a photo. For "didn't love it" refunds, we'll usually ask you to donate the book to a school or library rather than ship it back.
My book arrived damaged. What now? Send a photo to hello@elementoons.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Is checkout secure? Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify Payments using 256-bit SSL encryption. We never see or store your card details.
Do you charge tax? Tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Most international orders are duty-free.

Can I buy in bulk for a school or classroom? Yes — email hello@elementoons.com for bulk pricing on orders of 10+.
Are gift orders possible? Of course. Add a gift note at checkout and we'll include it in the package. We can also ship to a different address than the billing one.
